This charming pair of vintage Turkish Ezine Bergama rugs reflects the rich weaving traditions of northwestern Anatolia. Hand-knotted in wool, each rug features a bold octagonal medallion set against a warm red field, filled with smaller geometric floral motifs. The medallion, woven in deep indigo and framed in orange accents, creates a striking contrast that draws the eye to the center.
The ivory border is adorned with stylized vine and flower motifs, adding rhythm and balance to the composition, while the outer guard borders in crimson and navy frame the rugs with classic Bergama geometry. The wool pile is dense and luminous, giving both warmth and durability to these small yet impactful weavings.
