This vintage Persian Hamadan fragment rug showcases the enduring charm of traditional Persian village weaving. Featuring a repeated boteh (paisley) motif arranged in a neat vertical alignment, the design evokes a rhythmic, almost architectural presence. Rich tones of rust, navy blue, ivory, and camel form the primary palette, softened by time and wear, lending a warm, aged patina to the piece.

The borders are classic Hamadan, with meandering floral and vine scrolls framed within narrow guard stripes, exquisitely proportioned and balanced.
