This petite vintage Baluch rug features a warm, earthy palette of terracotta, russet, and deep brown, arranged in a richly detailed geometric composition characteristic of Baluch tribal weaving. At its centre, a stepped double-diamond motif anchors the design, surrounded by a dense lattice of small repeating lozenges that create texture and depth. The borders are adorned with traditional Baluchi floral-and-vine forms and angular guard stripes, lending the piece a rhythmic, handcrafted charm.
