This beautiful Northwest Kurdish Persian woollen hallway rug exemplifies tribal craftsmanship with a refined, densely patterned design. The field is filled with petite floral Herati motifs delicately rendered diamond rosettes surrounded by stylised leaves and curled fish forms, repeating across a deep walnut-brown ground. These motifs create a rhythmic, almost lace-like texture. Framed by multiple guard borders, the main border stands out in a rich, rust-red, adorned with bold rosettes and floral elements in shades of ivory, green, and midnight blue. Hand-knotted in lustrous wool, this narrow runner combines durability with visual intricacy, making it a sophisticated statement for hallways or transitional spaces.
Authentic vintage and antique Persian rugs are hand-knotted with wool. Each one is an exceptional work of art and unique.

Our rugs are professionally restored, and the fringes secured, ensuring many more years of life. Additionally, we recommend using a rug pad with a grippy back to keep your rug in place and to smooth out any wrinkles that may have occurred during shipping. Using a rug pad will also safeguard your carpet from deterioration and, therefore, extend the life of your rug.
