This vintage Baloch rug is a handwoven tribal piece created by the Balochi people of eastern Iran and western Afghanistan, renowned for their rich symbolic artistry and earthy tones. The rug features a traditional prayer design characterised by a mihrab-like arch and stylised architectural motifs that resemble windows and towers, woven in shades of terracotta, camel, brown, and soft grey-blue. 

Intricate geometric borders frame the central field, while diamond and cross motifs add rhythmic detail throughout. Crafted from high-quality wool, it features a soft yet durable pile that embodies the authentic charm of nomadic craftsmanship.
