This petite vintage Turkmen rug is handwoven in deep crimson red with dark geometric medallions that softly emerge from the field, creating a subtle yet striking tonal effect. The central design features two large octagonal medallions with stylised motifs, framed by a narrow border of repeating tribal patterns in contrasting darker shades. Woven in fine wool with a compact structure, it reflects the traditional craftsmanship of Turkmen tribes, known for their rich red palettes and bold geometric style.
