This beautiful vintage Persian Qashqai wool rug displays a rich tribal aesthetic with five bold, stylized medallions aligned along the centre, each featuring intricate geometric motifs symbolic of the nomadic Qashqai heritage. The rug is handwoven in a warm palette of terracotta, ivory, walnut brown, and sage green, softened by time into a harmonious patina. The field is filled with a rhythmic arrangement of small motifs and lattice-like diamonds, all enclosed within a border of scalloped floral forms and decorative corner spandrels. Made from high-quality wool with fine craftsmanship, this piece reflects the spirit of southern Iran’s tribal weaving culture and brings warmth, pattern, and authenticity to both traditional and eclectic interiors.
