This vintage Anatolian rug features a rich and intricate design characteristic of traditional Turkish weaving. The deep red field is adorned with a central medallion featuring geometric and floral motifs in warm tones of orange, cream, and dark blue. Surrounding the medallion, stylised corner elements and smaller motifs create a harmonious and balanced pattern. The wide border is decorated with repeating floral and geometric shapes in coordinating colours, framed by narrow guard stripes with delicate detailing. Woven with wool, this rug reflects the skilled craftsmanship and cultural heritage of the Anatolian region, making it a timeless piece that adds warmth and elegance to any space.
