Ahmed and Serafian. They have been in lively competition for the most beautiful carpets.
An exquisitely fine and delicate design of ogival ivory medallions unfolds gracefully across
petite ogival medallions in hibiscus. Glen ridge gold colour, deep dark blue spaces in the field and borders establish contrast against many of the floral motifs, leading the viewer's attention to the centre of the carpet, where a quartet of pink roses becomes the
focal point. This beautiful Persian Ahmed Isfahan rug is a stunning example of the city's
masterful design traditions.
