This lovely antique Persian Qashqai table rug exudes tribal charm and rich symbolism, handwoven by the nomadic Qashqai artisans of southern Iran. Set against a deep navy field, stylised birds and abstract geometric motifs flank the central diamond medallion, all rendered in vibrant shades of red, saffron, ivory, and teal. The intricate latticework and charming floral elements speak to the weavers' storytelling tradition and artistic freedom. Framed by a multiborder design featuring stylised vines and angular motifs, the rug's finely knotted wool structure offers both durability and a soft sheen.
